EMDEE is operated by LIN ZHENMING. For help with your workspace, connected apps, public sharing or privacy requests, email elz.work22@gmail.com.

Help us investigate

Include what you were trying to do, the time of the issue, your device or client, and any error message. Send screenshots only after removing private content. Never send passwords, access tokens or API keys.

Connection access

Open Settings in EMDEE to manage connected apps and permissions. A read-only connection cannot save notes. If a client reports that it cannot write, check that specific connection's grant; granting another connection access does not change its permissions.

Public sharing

Check the collection's sharing settings before sending a public link. Public links can be viewed without signing in. Unpublish the collection if it should no longer be accessible.

Data requests

Use the support address for access, account deletion or permanent erasure requests. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
