Terms of service

Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms describe use of EMDEE, operated by LIN ZHENMING.

Your workspace and content

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You authorize EMDEE to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service and apply your sharing instructions. Only upload material you have permission to use. You are responsible for your account, connected clients and publication choices.

Permitted use

Do not use EMDEE to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access. Do not upload secrets or sensitive information you are not authorized to share. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements.

Connections and generated content

Third-party clients and AI providers have their own terms. Review the permissions you grant and verify AI-generated summaries and proposed edits. EMDEE is a knowledge workspace; its content is not professional medical, legal or financial advice.

Availability and ending use

Features can change and service interruptions can occur. Keep copies of material you need to preserve. You can stop using the service, revoke connections and contact support about account deletion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law makes non-excludable.
